This item comes with Free Standard Shipping. For UK and US customers this will take 15-35 days and comes with tracking information. For International customers, it can take up to 60 days. Please Note: Our supplier has assured us that over 90% of customers from the US, UK and Europe receive their items within 25 days. What if there is a problem with my product?
Let us know as soon as you can by sending an e-mail to Support@Titanwise.com and we’ll either send you a new one, or give you your money back. You have 30 days from receiving the product, no further questions asked. We know what it feels like to get a dud after waiting patiently for ages (and unfortunately when you ship enough orders it happens, not often but it does happen) so we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
