Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 24 hours on business days.


Once your order is processed, shipping usually takes between 7 – 30 working days depending on the shipping plan. See below for specific shipping times for each plan:

Standard - Up to 60 working days (Usually within 25 days). Tracking dependant on item.

Express - Between 7-20 days (Usually within 14 days). Tracked.

Express Plus - Up to 14 days (Usually within 7 days). Tracked.

The shipping times may vary for international customers (Domestic classed as being UK, USA, Canada, Australia and most European Countries). Shipping prices are based on each individual product.

If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately as our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have a tracking number?

Yes but depending on the shipping plan. We aim to provide the tracking number within your confirmation e-mail that is sent after order processing. If you haven't received it or can't find it, don’t hesitate to contact us at

How do you manage to keep the prices so low?

By sacrificing shipping time. We get the items shipped direct from the Chinese manufacturers and hold no stock ourselves, which means it takes 1-4 weeks, but it saves a ton of costs in logistics (bulk shipping costs to the UK, customs fees, warehousing costs, product handing fees, USPS / UPS costs). All that stuff can turn a £40 product into £100 product pretty quickly and adds to the risk of a new store like ourselves. By giving up shipping time, we’re saving you a lot of money. We aim to be cheaper than Ebay or Amazon on comparable items.

Where is the other thing I ordered?

Since our products are made by a few different manufacturers, if you order a few different items, they may arrive separately so don’t freak out if you open the packet and there’s an item missing!

Is my payment information safe?

The store itself runs on Shopify, and all payments are either handled by Paypal or Shopify Payments/Stripe. Either way, we don’t store any of your credit/debit card info ever.

What if there is a problem with my product?

Let us know as soon as you can and we’ll either send you a new one, or give you your money back. You have 30 days from receiving the product, no further questions asked. We know what it feels like to get a dud after waiting patiently for ages (and unfortunately when you ship enough orders it happens, not often but it does happen) so we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
